Directions for Use:
- Mix 10g of superfine agar powder per 500ml of distilled water.
- Boil and stir until powder is fully dissolved. Sterilize the mixture for 45min @15psi 250°F (121°C) in a pressure cooker or autoclave.
- Allow mixture to cool to approximately 140°F (60°C) *To avoid excessive condensation.
- Fill dishes with 15ml of mixture, approximately ~30-35 dishes.
