91% Isopropyl Alcohol is a popular choice for cleaning delicate electronics, dissolving tough adhesives, degreasing surfaces, and removing inks, rather than standard surface disinfection. The high evaporation rate (15-30 seconds) makes it more preferred over the higher water content versions of Isopropyl Alcohol. Â
91% isopropyl still has moderate microbial properties. It works excellent for optical cleaning. Camera lenses, eyeglasses, microscopes and binoculars for example will evaporate quickly and leave less water residue behind, give you a clean finish. Â
